Happy New Year!!

Happy New Year, from our family.

We did some playing of the game, Sequence, ate some brownies and drank champagne (or sparkling grape juice for the kids)! Jake and Amaya played on the new Xbox, and we all watched Despicable Me, the movie. It was a nice night:)

Then Ryan, Scott, and Mom watched The Goonies!! ( a loved movie from my childhood)

Ryan walked and found Elfie. "Naughty Elf"! Is what I heard Ryan saying from the kitchen, he cracks me up!!

Brrrr....

Elfie was hanging out in the refrigerator with the whip cream we bought for Jake's class. We think it is because it reminds him of the snow Up North!

Day 8......really Elfie? Their underwear on our mantle? So we awoke to find all the kids undies hanging from our mantle, where their stockings were hung! I am not so sure Santa would approve, but the kids got a kick out of it, none the less.

Tonight, Elfie decided to take a ride on Santa's sleigh! Not the real sleigh, but our Little People sleigh! Wheeeee.......!

Elfie was way up on the armoire last night, but somehow fell off during our crazy day! Ryan thought that Elfie had gone back to Santa, but was excitedly, relieved, to find him tucked in the branches of the tree:)

Ryan actually screamed when he found "Elfie" AKA "Scary", hanging from his light in his bedroom. He was SO excited!!

Well, an Elf, has decided to show himself! After all these years, the invisible, little guy has become visible to our family. I think it was because of all Ryan's constant whining.......other kids have an elf!!!
